Kyokushin
Kyokushin, karate of the ultimate truth
Kyokushin is a full-contact karate that brings together technique, physical conditioning and self-control. Developed in Japan by Masutatsu Oyama, it asks practitioners to face genuine effort in order to build a resilient body, a clear mind and the perseverance to endure difficult moments.
This demanding approach extends far beyond fighting. It is part of a formative path grounded in respect, discipline and humility. Shinkyokushin, to which our dojo is affiliated through the BKOS, preserves this heritage and passes it on through structured, progressive practice accessible to all ages.
